Refund Policy

1. General Refund Stance
DreamIPTV offers a premium digital service. Because our subscriptions provide instant access to our vast network of servers and VOD libraries, we enforce a strict refund policy to prevent service abuse.
2. The 7-Day Technical Guarantee
We offer a full refund within the first 7 days of your initial purchase ONLY if the following conditions are met:
- Your IPTV line is technically non-functional (e.g., severe prolonged downtime on our end, inability to connect to our servers).
- You have contacted our technical support team regarding the issue.
- Our technical support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
3. Ineligible Refund Claims
We will NOT issue refunds under any of the following circumstances:
- You changed your mind or no longer want the service.
- Your personal internet connection is too slow or unstable to stream (we recommend a minimum of 30 Mbps for 4K streaming).
- You are unhappy with a specific channel buffering during a high-traffic live event (this is normal across all streaming platforms and does not constitute a broken line).
- Your ISP is throttling IPTV traffic and you refuse to use a VPN.
- You failed to set up the service on your device (our support team is here to help, but device configuration is ultimately your responsibility).
4. Requesting a Refund
If you meet the criteria for the 7-Day Technical Guarantee, please open a support ticket from your billing portal or email our billing department. You must include proof of the technical issue (such as screenshots or error codes) and confirmation that you have previously spoken with technical support.
5. Alternative Options
If you realize within the first 24 hours that you made a mistake or purchased the wrong package, please refer to our 24-Hour Cancellation Policy for a no-questions-asked cancellation void.
