Cancellation Policy

1. Cancelling Your Subscription

You have the right to cancel your DreamIPTV subscription at any time. Simply log into your dashboard or contact our 24/7 customer support team to request a cancellation. Once processed, your subscription will not automatically renew at the end of your current billing cycle.

2. The 24-Hour Cancellation Window

If you purchase a new subscription and decide the service is not for you, you may cancel within the first 24 hours of the initial purchase to be eligible for a full, no-questions-asked cancellation void.

If you cancel within this strict 24-hour window, the transaction will be reversed, and access to the IPTV line will be immediately revoked.

3. Cancellations After 24 Hours

Cancellations made after the first 24 hours of purchase will simply prevent the next scheduled billing cycle from occurring. You will continue to have access to the service for the remainder of the period you have already paid for. We do not prorate cancellations outside of the 24-hour window unless your situation falls under our 7-Day Technical Refund Policy.

4. Immediate Effect

Upon a successful 24-hour cancellation claim, your IPTV credentials will be deactivated instantly. To avoid interruptions, please ensure you only initiate this claim if you intend to completely terminate the service.
